Studio Cordova is the interior design practice of Alexandra Córdova — moving between residential interiors, 3D rendering and bespoke furniture from the Dominican Republic. Every project is shaped around functionality, comfort, and a careful aesthetic point of view.

Detail-oriented design, where function and feeling quietly support one another.
Studio Cordova is the practice of Alexandra Córdova, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from APEC University in the Dominican Republic and a technical background in Communication and Graphic Design. The studio moves between residential interiors, 3D modeling, photo-real rendering, and the technical detailing of custom furniture.
We work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and Enscape, and care most about the part of a project where an idea becomes a buildable drawing — measurements, materials, joinery — and then, finally, a space someone can really live in.

Studio Cordova works with clients on full residential interiors as well as standalone 3D rendering and furniture design engagements. Below are the services we offer — remotely or in person across the Dominican Republic.
01 Interior Design
Space and furniture design, material and finish selection,
technical drawings, and supervision of construction and
project execution — from the first sketch through install.
02 3D Modeling & Rendering
Photo-real visualizations of residential and commercial
spaces built in SketchUp and rendered with V-Ray and
Enscape, used to support presentations, approvals and
construction.
03 Furniture Design & Technical Sheets
Custom furniture design with full technical sheets —
measurements, materials, and construction details —
prepared for local fabrication and on-site assembly.
04 Mood Boards & Project Proposals
Client-focused proposals with mood boards, furniture and
shopping lists, ensuring clarity and coherence at every
stage of the design.
05 Production Coordination
Coordination with workshops and suppliers — particularly
marble and stone — to ensure accurate fabrication, quality
control and on-time delivery.
